the location is hardly convenient for anything, with a ridiculous wait for a room at check-in. i expect at least a complimentary drink for that inconvenience. it’s almost laughable how the neglected air conditioning unit leaked water on my clothes, and after packing my life up to move rooms, not even a discount was offered! very disappointing.

the oasis is a great hotel for families, with spacious two-bedroom apartments and beautiful outdoor pools. the pool areas are so lovely and provide a relaxing atmosphere. the staff, from the reception to cleaning, are really friendly and dedicated. it's also conveniently located near supermarkets and restaurants, perfect for grabbing some snacks. it's definitely a nice spot to unwind.

The pool area is lovely and so relaxing!
The food during our stay was very average and not up to par. The quality of ingredients, especially the fruits, was disappointing as some were rotten or fermented. the restaurant staff seemed inattentive, as I always had to fetch a highchair for my toddler myself and found it unacceptable that they weren't properly cleaned.

Beautiful Oasis with Great Amenities!
We had a fantastic time staying in a spacious one-bedroom apartment that offered a large balcony perfect for evening relaxation. The pool area was a highlight, featuring clean heated pools with plenty of sunbeds, which made lounging in the sun extremely comfortable. The gardens were lush and well-maintained, creating a lovely atmosphere for our holiday. While the bar service could be improved in terms of staff friendliness, overall, it was a delightful stay that I can't recommend enough!

Had a fantastic time with friends! The pool area is great, and the daily aqua gym classes kept us active. We enjoyed visiting the stunning beaches and went for some adventures in the mountains. The staff were super helpful, the gardens are beautiful, and the food was reasonably priced. The shuttle to the beach is a nice touch for days in the sun.
The only downside was a slight issue with air conditioning not being available during our stay, making it a bit hot at times. A backup plan for that would have made it perfect.

missingWrote a review on Aug 04unvaried dining
The food options were underwhelming, with breakfast and lunch lacking variety and flavor, making meals less enjoyable. the hotel's no-ball policy at the pools felt overly strict, especially when it wasn’t consistently enforced, detracting from the swimming experience. Be prepared for a potentially confusing layout. finding rooms away from the reception can take longer than expected.

This place was just a good match for a holiday in Maspalomas with outstanding value. The food at the pool bar was nice and hit the spot after a long day at the beach. Make sure to check the taxi prices to get around, it's worth it.
